If your order was already packaged or shipped (lookup tracking to see the status of your order), the address cannot be changed. Additional postage for a reshipment is not included.

We make these in single batches one at a time. That being said, there can't be one defective item in a batch of items that work. When a spicy approach doesn't work for someone, a more minty/menthol ingredient is the way to go.
