How long will my order to process?
All U.S.A. and Canada orders will take 1-3 days to process.
How long will my order to deliver?
U.S.A. orders will take 3-5 business days to deliver.
My order says delivered, but it is not in my mailbox. What do I do?
We ship our item out promptly after an order is placed.
Please allow 1 day after the delivery date in case a delivered notification was sent too early by USPS. If the package doesn’t turn up, please email us directly at info@scrandiebeauty.com. We will file a claim on your behalf, once approved a replacement will be sent at no charge.
International orders will take 11-20 business days to clear customs and deliver.
Due to fraud, lost packages do not qualify for refunds, but qualify for exact replacements.
Do you offer free shipping?
We offer FREE shipping within the U.S.A. for orders of $50 or more and to international orders of $100 USD or more (after discounts). To qualify for free shipping, the cart subtotal must be over $100+ in US dollars only. To receive updates on special promotional codes and discounts, sign up for emails at the bottom of this page.
Where do you ship?
We ship to the United States, Canada, Australia, Mexico, & United Kingdom. We will slowly expand to more countries soon.
Due to the low-cost nature of our products, once an order has shipped, we are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.
In special cases, we offer partial refunds (50% of paid retail price, once we receive the item back). Email us at info@scrandiebeauty.com if you believe a partial refund could pertain to you.
Scrandie Beauty does not cover return shipping labels.

How can I check my order?
You can check your order by visiting USPS and searching your order(s) tracking number(s). Your order may be delayed, as USPS is experiencing slower shipping at this time. For everything else, please fill out our contact form and we’ll help answer any questions you have.
When will my credit card be charged?
The amount of time that the charge appears on the customer’s account depends on the bank, but is typically 3-5 days.

Will your products clog my pores?
Our product are specifically formulated with non-comedogenic ingredients. Non-comedogenic is a fancy word that means it’s not likely to cause comedones (or pore blockages). No clogged pores here!
How can you have good packaging and high-quality formulas without being overpriced?
Scrandie cuts out unnecessary costs such as extra packaging and over-sized products. This helps us to not only reduce waste, but make it more affordable to produce and keep costs low for our customers.
Does Scrandie contribute to charity?
Yes! We donate a percentage of our profits annually to charities and organizations that align with our beliefs of animal rights, social justice, and environmental policies.

Our rates range from to $0.00008772-$0.00431965 per follower for a <1-3+ minute video that we could repurpose for future use.
Ex. 200K followers = $17.54 - $863.93 for 1 video
The range varies heavily due to engagement, page relevance, past posts, portfolio etc.
