In circular motions, use your finger to rub past the top protective transparent balmy layer until shimmers are visible.
How to Use:
Concealer Base
Using a finger, apply a thin layer to the undereye area or use a small brush to target discoloration and blemishes as a base before concealer and/or color corrector. Leave as is for a dewy finish, or set with powder.
